Introducing the Genesis Professional CNC Router

The Genisis Professional is a production-ready CNC router from the Genesis range, aimed at workshops that want dependable, repeatable results. It comes with UK-supported automation software and is built around established, branded components, making it a solid platform for busy joinery, cabinet and panel-processing operations.

Built for Everyday Production

The Professional is fitted with a 9.6 kW HSD air-cooled spindle running at up to 24,000 RPM, with HSK 63F tooling for accurate, secure tool holding. A linear tool changer keeps the right cutter to hand, while automatic tool offset and a large-diameter tool registration plate help maintain accuracy between jobs. Yaskawa servo motors and an Osai Open Smart controller handle motion, giving fast linear travel of 60 m/min (85 m/min vector speed).

Pegasus CAD/CAM Software

The machine is supplied with Pegasus CAD/CAM, a UK-designed and supported package covering:

• Parametric part resizing
• Integrated macros to speed up programming
• Batch import of DXF files, e.g. from cabinet design software such as Polyboard
• Programming automation, with rules that assign cutting strategies automatically based on part size and material

Safety

Guarding on three sides and a front safety light barrier are included. The barrier stops the machine if the beam is broken, helping keep operators clear of moving parts.
