The Imet BS 300/60 GH 3F 2V V400 35/70 is designed for precision and efficiency in metal cutting applications. With a robust cast iron bow and advanced features, this machine ensures high-quality results for various cutting tasks.

Key Features:
  • Cast Iron Bow: The bow is made of cast iron with a tubular section and 320mm diameter pulleys. The belt tension is 1700kg/cm² with front adjustment and control microswitch. The blade guard is hinged to facilitate easy blade replacement.
  • Front Vise: Equipped with a quick-locking system and 130mm high jaws, the front vise includes an adjustable stop rod for series cutting.
  • Automatic Stops: Features an automatic stop system (0° and 45° left) and a graduated scale for all other cutting angles, ensuring precise control over the cutting process.
  • Blade Alignment: Blade guide with carbide inserts and front bearings ensure optimal blade alignment during the cutting process.
  • Ease of Use: Safe start system with a start button on the handle and function control LED for easy operation.
  • Autonomous Cutting: Equipped with an autonomous gravity cutting system with padlockable magnetothermic switch and undervoltage coil. Features a motor absorption ammeter and 3-position selector for manual cutting, manual cut with descent brake, and automatic cutting with independent disk and adjustable speed and stop.
