Introducing the Imet Sirio 370 AF-NC

SIRIO 370 AF-NC is is the professional automatic vertical miter saw with numerical control, suitable for cutting pipes, profiles and high-strength steels. The semiautomatic cycle machine cuts from 0 ° to 45 ° right while in automatic cycle cuts from 0 ° to 60 ° to the left.

  • SLB3000 Barloader – Barloader suitable for tubes (20mm-90mm), square (80x80mm), for solids (max 50mm). Structure in metal profiles with front protection in tubular and perforated sheet. Fully automatic management system. Length 3m.
  • Bundles barloader – Bundle loader allows loading bundles from 48mm to 90mm max by chain transmission. Managed by CNC numerical control, compatible with CNC automatic disc machines. Can load up to 3 tons of bars with length of 6m.
  • Supplementary guides for small diameters – Supplementary guides for small diameters (less than 20mm and till 10mm) suitable with SLB 3000-6000 barloader.
  • Industry 4.0 – SAWFACTORY – Software for remote monitoring, assistance, programming and management. Allows data and program transfer from PC to machine via USB. Network connectivity via modem and ethernet cable.
  • Minimal lubrication system – Lubrication system that cancels coolant dispersion without damaging blade life. Equipped with 1.3l tank and nozzle.
  • V jaws – Two pairs of cast iron V jaws for fitting bundles and round bars (max diameter 85mm) with mounting tools.
  • Blade – Sirio 370 can mount a blade 370x3x40mm.
  • Loading/Unloading roller tables 1st unit – 1st unit of roller conveyor compatible for both loading and unloading sides. Length 2m, loading capacity 700kg.
  • Loading/Unloading roller tables follow unit – Following unit of roller conveyor compatible for both loading and unloading sides. Length 2m, loading capacity 600kg.
  • Connector-SIRIO 370 AF-NC – Connecting element between roller table and SIRIO 370 AF-NC sawing machine for the loading side. Complete with coolant collection slide, 4 rollers and pedestal. Length 1m.

  • Vertical rollers – Pair of containment vertical rollers 300mm made in steel, max 2 pairs for each element 2m long. For use without rollers cover (only for RTS) – not available together with RV-W30.
  • V rollers – Pairs of V rollers made in steel for tubes, max 6 pairs per each element 2m long. To be used on machines with V jaws, without rollers cover (only for RTS) – not available together with RI-W30.
