Introducing the Genesis Expert CNC Nesting Machine

The Genisis Expert is the top-of-the-range model in the new Genisis series of CNC nesting machines, arriving in the UK for the first time in 2026. Designed for larger-scale production, it suits industrial users who want a machine with room to grow alongside their business. Three standard bed sizes are offered, with other sizes available on request.

Built for Larger Production Environments

The Expert builds on the Genisis platform with extra automation and protection for heavier workloads. A full gantry cover with integrated LED status lights, a 9-spindle vertical drill box, a 12-position rotary tool changer and a servo-controlled bed sweep for clearing the table all come as standard, and the machine is prepared for an outfeed conveyor.

• Parametric resizing of parts
• Macros to speed up programming
• Batch processing of files, e.g. from cabinet design software such as Polyboard
• Programming automation, with rules that assign cutting strategies automatically based on part size and material

Safety

Guarding on three sides and a front safety light barrier are included. The barrier stops the machine if the beam is broken, helping keep operators clear of moving parts.
