Introducing the IMET BS 300 PLUS SHI Bandsaw

The IMET BS 300 PLUS SHI Bandsaw is a semi-automatic machine designed for precision cutting in small to medium batch production environments. It offers versatile cutting capabilities with both left and right angle adjustments, making it ideal for mechanics and steelwork applications.

 
Key Features:
  • Wide Working Area: Equipped with a wide diameter working area and a system of automatic easy stops at 0°, 45°, and 60° left, and 45° right with a graduated plate to identify and set different angles.
  • Opening Vice: The vice has adjustable guides, free to move alongside the worktable, with rapid approaching and clamping.
  • Rigid Sawframe: The machine sawframe is made of rigid cast iron with a tubular section, 320 mm pulleys, high blade tension at 1700 kg/cm², and frontal regulation with a microswitch controller to avoid excessive strain on the blade.
  • Blade Protection: A carter protects the blade, allowing easy access for maintenance when needed. A system with blade guides with hard pads and additional lateral bearings ensures perfect alignment of the blade.
  • Easy to Use: Safe starting through the button on the handle with a warning light to inform the user about the correct machine functioning. The coolant tank and electropump are placed inside the floor stand.
  • Electronic Inverter (Optional): If required, the electronic inverter for variable blade speed allows the operator to adjust the machine via keyboard to cut a wide range of materials and different sections. The change of speed via inverter does not affect the power of the engine even at low speeds.
